 We are the only Integrative/Functional Endocrinology Practice in Monmouth, Middlesex and Ocean County.

• MEMBERSHIP: The membership fee is $2500 per year, see below to see for what the membership covers.
• NON-MEMBERSHIP SELF PAY: $600 for Initial visit and $300 for follow up appointments.
• We accept HSA/FSA cards and will give you a superbill after every physician or dietitian visit which can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Make sure you call your insurance and tell them to send the payment to you and not to the practice.

Aetna Commerical Patients:

• We will be in-network with Aetna Commercial Insurance in 2025-2026 and existing Aetna Commerical patients can continue seeing the physician as usual. The next new patient appointment is available in January 2026.
• We collect a security deposit of $450 before the appointment for new Aetna patients which will be refunded after insurance payment is received.

• Comprehensive annual physical every year: Focus on hormonal balance, diabetes mellitus, prediabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, menopause, female and male bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, obesity, nutrition, bone health, anti-aging, aesthetics and other preventive care.
• Follow-Up Visits: 3–4 in-person follow-up visits every 3 months, customized based on patient needs.
• Dietitian Visits: 4-6 visits with a dietitian/nutritionist/diabetes educator to create a personalized meal plan.
• Emsella Therapy: 6-30 minute sessions to help with urinary incontinence for women and erectile dysfunction for men
• EMSlim Body Sculpting: 6-30 minute sessions for EMSlim body sculpting, to build muscle and burn fat
• Additional visits with the physician as needed

• Aesthetic Treatments:
  • ND-Yag laser therapy for acne, scars, and hyperpigmentation; painless diode for laser hair removal
  • Microneedling
  • Fractional CO₂ laser therapy for scars and wrinkles

  • HRT: Porcine and bovine thyroid hormone replacements, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for men and women
• Weight Loss Medications: Medical weight loss with FDA-approved medicines like Wegovy, Zepbound, Qsymia, and Contrave, and pellet bio-identical hormone replacement therapy for men and women
